Communications Director
Booker manages EFF's communications department and works to make our free-market ideas accessible to a broad audience. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications Rhetoric (with a minor in Economics) from the University of Pittsburgh, and trained with the Leadership Institute. Booker is the former director of the Allegheny Institute's School Choice Project, and worked as communications director for Freedom Alliance, where he appeared on numerous radio and television shows nationwide.
