a lobbyist employer in 1999. Pages 3-5 show contributions from the WEA to its affiliated
political action committee, WEA-PAC. Page 6 reflects contributions made to other PACs. These contributions come from non-objecting agency fees and WEA member general dues. WEA is subsidizing its affiliated PAC and using members’ dues as political contributions. |
