Workers will pay tribute

The political balance of power in this nation depends on money taken without permission from the wages of unwilling workers.


That is the only conclusion you can reach listening to the arguments against California's Initiative 226, the so-called paycheck protection measure which went down to defeat in Tuesday's voting...


The political effectiveness of the Democratic party is largely a union project, financed by compulsory union dues.   Whether the individual workers support the political views and activities of their union leadership is beside the point...


That is the essence of coercion...


...Unions know most workers wouldn't contribute to their brand of politics, given a choice.  The WEA's experience shows that.  So workers of the world, pay tribute.
