Video podcasts are an easy way for you to get the latest information downloaded onto your computer and you can easily take it with you on a portable device similar to an ipod. All you have to do is download a program such as itunes and "subscribe" to the podcast below. Either click the subscribe with itunes button or use an rss feeder program to see an updated list of the newest audio as they become available. (more details below)

What do I need to hear podcasts?

You can listen to previous EFF podcasts using your computer's audioplayer*. To be informed when a new Podcast is available subscribe to the Podcasts RSS Feed. You can subscribe using either podcast subscription software or an RSS Reader.

Podcast subscription software manages your podcast subscriptions. After you download free podcast subscription software, you can listen to podcast
audio from your computer. Below are some free options:

iTunes: http://www.apple.com/itunes/ (ONLY ITUNES WILL ALLOW YOU TO VIEW THE VIDEO PODCAST)

iPodder: http://juicereceiver.sourceforge.net/index.php
Once you download and install the podcasting software, you can subscribe to audio content.

You can also use an RSS reader, or news aggregator, to subscribe to the feed and listen to the EFF podcasts on your computer. Below are some free

Troubleshooting

I subscribed to a podcast. Why don't I hear anything?

Confirm that you have audio player software downloaded on your computer.

Check that the correct audio file was downloaded to your computer. You may need to modify the update settings in your podcasting software to ensure that this process occurs automatically.

Check the update times in the description and make sure that a new edition has been posted.
